Last Looks Makeup Shirt

June 21st, 2012

Hey, that looks familiar!
Two years ago, we met these fun and very talented folks from Last Looks Makeup Academy. They asked us to create a cutting edge illustration that would get people’s attention. So we came up with this skull and crossbones design, using makeup paint brushes in lieu of the bones. We’re very proud to see that two years later, they are still using our illustration. This is our first time seeing our design on a t-shirt, and we really like it a lot. We only have one thing to say: “Wear it with pride!”

February 16th, 2012

For the past couple of weeks, we have been working on a new project, for a brand new client.

We are extremely grateful and excited to illustrate a children’s book. Compared to designing logos and corporate banners, this is a nice change of pace and style. As much as we appreciate everything we do, we welcome variety, and feel fortunate to be able to handle various facets of graphic design. We temporarily traded our computer mouse for paint brushes. We welcome the opportunity to work on a project that allows us to fully explore and make use of our creative energy. We love to get our hands covered in paint – and sometimes our nose ;)

We’ll make sure to give more details upon release, with additional information about the book, and where to find it.

If you wrote a book, or if you think of writing one and you need an illustrator, please contact us. We would be more than happy to work with you!

Migrate Baptism And More

January 23rd, 2012

The baptism of a child, a baby shower, a wedding are all so magical, there’s always an emotional desire to remember them forever.

Migrate Design can fashion a powerful heartwarming invitation card. Using only photos and/or design elements from their own collection, they will create a card that will underline your personality and artistic moods. From the color scheme to the choice of designs, each production is unique and tailored to your family’s aspirations.

Migrate Design can also take pictures of your most heartwarming items related to that special occasion, and use them in your creation. From photo shoot to designing the best card, Migrate Design can help making the baptism of your child ever so magical, your baby shower pampered and your wedding one to remember.

So if you live in the Santa Clarita Valley, and you are getting ready for a special occasion, please call and let us show you photo samples of our work. Have a wonderful baptism, wedding, bachelor party or whatever else you need to make special ;)

Fun Designs Sell Better

April 20th, 2010

Whether you own a fun arcade game store or a highly corporate accounting business, remember one thing: “fun designs sell better“. Graphic design is a powerful communication and visual medium. It often includes typography, visual arts and page layout techniques, to produce a final product.

Graphic design is everywhere, and it is extremely easy to get lost in this massive visual invasion. One way to differentiate yourself and your brand is to bring fun into the final product. Fun increases brand recall more than any other style or emotion. A fun design can’t be silly or reckless; it needs to be clever and appropriate in order to work its best. It requires a great amount of research and creativity. If done right, it will stand out of the masses. People will remember your design better because of the happy feeling they felt when they saw it. They will share it to friends and family via email and social networks.

Migrate Design can help you create a fun design for your business graphical needs. Call us at 661 644 6518, or email us, and we will show you how happy our designs can be ; )

Holiday Scene For Newhall Elementary School

November 10th, 2009

This is our third mural for Newhall Elementary School. It is always so rewarding to see the look and amazement on the students’ face as they discover their new board. Ultimately, this is what really counts.
